The pump is specified at approximately 25 dB during operation. The stainless-steel tray provides a smooth drinking surface, while the raised spout creates a visible stream and gentle movement.

Actual sound level varies with water level, placement, assembly and normal wear. Refill before the pump runs dry.

Three ways to run the fountain

Choose sensor, timed or continuous flow

  • Sensor mode. Activates flow when motion is detected near the unit.
  • Timed mode. Runs at intervals to reduce continuous battery use.
  • Continuous mode. Keeps water circulating while sufficient power and water are available.

In timed mode, the 4000 mAh battery is advertised to last up to 30 days. Runtime varies with settings, activation frequency, battery condition and the environment.

Care for cleaner circulation

Fresh water still needs regular hands-on care

  • Refresh the drinking water regularly and wash the reservoir and tray.
  • Clean the pump, spout and narrow channels with the supplied brush.
  • Keep charging and control components dry.
  • Rinse new filters before use and replace them according to condition and usage.
  • Check the level window daily and never let the pump run without enough water.

The fountain supports access to moving water but does not replace daily supervision. Always keep fresh water available and stop using the product if the cable, battery, pump or housing becomes damaged.
