By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

If you are under the legal age required to enter into a contract, you may only use our services with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colours, dimensions, specifications, materials and other characteristics as accurately as possible.
However, the appearance of colours may vary depending on your screen or device.
Product photographs are intended to provide an accurate representation of the product, but minor differences in packaging, colouring, manufacturing details or presentation may occur.
Any material difference that affects the essential characteristics of a product will be communicated where required.
4. Dropshipping and Fulfilment
Some or all products offered through our store may be fulfilled and shipped directly by third-party suppliers or fulfilment partners.
This means that your order may:
be dispatched from a third-party fulfilment centre;
arrive in separate packages;
have different tracking numbers;
have different delivery dates when multiple products are ordered; or
be shipped internationally.
Regardless of which supplier or fulfilment partner dispatches an order, your purchase agreement remains with Pethic.
For questions, delivery problems, defects, returns or complaints, please contact us rather than the supplier unless we explicitly instruct you otherwise.
5. Prices
All prices shown on our website are displayed in EUR or USD and include applicable taxes where required, unless clearly stated otherwise.
Any applicable shipping charges or other mandatory costs will be shown before you complete your order.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted.
In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
6. Orders
Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve the product.
After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:
suspected fraud;
incorrect pricing;
stock unavailability;
incorrect customer information;
payment failure;
restrictions on delivery to a particular destination; or
circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded.
7. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.
Depending on the payment method, payments may be processed by an independent payment service provider.
We do not necessarily store complete payment card information ourselves.
You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
8. Shipping and Delivery
The estimated delivery time applicable to an item will be displayed on the product page, during checkout or otherwise before purchase where required.
Because we may use international fulfilment partners, delivery times may be longer than those of locally stocked products.
Delivery estimates are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the communicated timeframe.

9. Multiple Shipments
Products within the same order may be shipped separately.
If this occurs:
you may receive more than one parcel;
each parcel may have its own tracking information; and
parcels may arrive on different days.
You will not be charged additional shipping costs solely because we choose to divide an order into multiple shipments unless this was clearly agreed before purchase.
10. Customs, Import Charges and International Shipping
Where products are dispatched internationally, customs procedures or import requirements may apply.
Any mandatory taxes, customs charges, import charges or similar costs that the customer must pay will be disclosed before purchase where legally required and where known or applicable.
We will not intentionally advertise a price as complete while concealing mandatory charges that we know the customer will have to pay.
11. Incorrect Delivery Information
You are responsible for entering your delivery information correctly.
Please contact us as quickly as possible if you notice an error after placing your order.
Once an order has entered the fulfilment process, we cannot guarantee that an address or order can still be changed.
Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer law.
12. Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, we may provide tracking information by email or through your customer account.
Tracking updates are provided by shipping carriers and fulfilment partners. Temporary delays between physical parcel movement and tracking updates may occur.
13. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer and applicable consumer law gives you a statutory right of withdrawal, you may exercise that right within the legally applicable period.
For consumers in the European Union, this will generally mean that you may withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods without having to provide a reason.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict mandatory consumer rights.
14. Returns
Returns must be handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
Do not send a product directly back to the original shipping address or supplier unless our customer support team instructs you to do so.
Because products may be fulfilled from different warehouses, the correct return procedure can differ between products.
15. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incomplete or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at service@pethic.com.
Please include:
your order number;
a description of the problem; and
photographs or video where reasonably useful.
Where you are legally entitled to a remedy, we will provide an appropriate solution such as repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
We will not require you to resolve a valid statutory product complaint directly with our supplier.
16. Legal Guarantee
Products sold by us remain subject to any mandatory legal guarantee or conformity rights that apply to your purchase.
Any voluntary manufacturer or commercial warranty is additional to, and does not replace, statutory consumer rights.
17. Promotions and Discount Codes
Discount codes and promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the promotion.
Unless otherwise stated:
promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
only one promotional code may be used per order;
promotions cannot be applied retrospectively; and
promotions may have an expiry date.
Nothing in a promotion removes statutory rights relating to returns or defective products.

All content on our website, including branding, logos, website design, graphics, text, photographs, illustrations, videos and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Pethic unless stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including serious carrier disruption, natural disasters, war, government restrictions, widespread infrastructure failures, strikes or other exceptional events.
This provision does not remove rights that consumers have under mandatory law when an order is not delivered.
